We have hope in the Lord!

Hebrews 10:23 "Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise." 

I need to remember to always hold on tightly to the Lord. No matter what storm I am going through, no matter how great life is, He is the one who I need to hold on to. People will fail us, but God will never fail us.

Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

That is my goal today. To remember that God can give me the strength that I need on a daily basis as long as I allow Him to provide it for me. I pray that at the end of the day, I can truly say that I allowed Him to be my strength in every aspect of my life today.

We are free!

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”Galatians 5:13 (NIV)

This was such a good reminder for me today! We need to remember that we are called to live free! I tend to forget this from time to time, but it is always a good reminder. I am so thankful that I have HIS word to constantly remind me and encourage me.
